What we do

 

• Ensure that the premises we have developed and own, perform to the highest possible standard for the benefit of our tenants throughout the term of the lease
• Provide management services for our buildings in conjunction with our tenants and managing agents
• Purchase existing primary care premises, or other premises capable of adaption, from GPs, PCTs and other owners as part of our long term investment strategy
• Provide finance for development of new primary care premises
