Health Investments Holdings is a privately owned specialist medical company.

 

• Established in 2001, we have developed a portfolio of 18 properties. A number of these have recently been sold to specialist REIT, PHP Limited, where  we retain substantial shareholdings
• We presently own two properties which we continue to hold for investment. We have recently reviewed our strategy and it is our intention to move to an active phase of developing and retaining a portfolio of modern office surgeries
• Because we own the properties that we develop we have a long term partnership with our customers and ensure that any defects that might emerge even years after the build was completed are quickly and effectively repaired
• We are proud of our projects and the relationship with our GP’s, PCTs and other medical providers
