A two storey new build health centre of approximately 1425 m2, for a 9 GP practice, PCT clinical and clerical facilities, an out of hours GP call facility and an independent retail pharmacy. The GPs old adjoining surgery was subsequently refurbished to provide a medical services to private and NHS clients.
